Hey-- I've never developed for mobile but I plan to. I use Dojo for the web application I've created, I hear it has more of a learning curve and people have complained about lack of documentation, but the documentation keeps improving. I think it can do the most out of all the javascript libraries, and has a great selection and variety of widgets. I'm a fan. Customizing it can be time-consuming though. Best, Allie
