Free Running or Parkour. It is a discipline that exercises your mind as well as your body. Finding new ways to move through the an area.
This group will meet in the downtown core. Most meets will involve walking from one section of downtown to another, while finding Parkour areas along the way.
Loosing fitting clothes, shoes with good support and if possible biking gloves work will with this sport. It involves testing your limits and seeing if you can push them.
This group is for people 19 years of age or older.
