What to bring:

An idea of what you wish to work on.
The spirit to participate.
Comfortable clothing.
Water bottle.
Work on technique, flow, then conditioning if time permits.

4 people need to confirm for an event to take place.

Locations are within Toronto and will change periodically. If you have suggestions for locations, please share.

It's not a class, but we do share tips, and new individuals are welcome.

Don't bring money.  It's free.

    so my knee is still in recovery, no jumping for me. I'll be there, work on on some climbing, branchelating, rolling, can't wait to go harder than the streets of baltimore. but there you go.

    hey has anyone here ever ecountered cops while doing parkour ar sneeky security gaurds? is parkour a crime now?

      and i dont really mind it going mainstream... if anything itll open more doors to train outside... and long as people know the difference between parkour and freerunning hahaha

      ahhahaha true freerunning is just all crazy flips going all over the place. what i ahte is that every nice parkour spot or bulding like everywhere you go they all have a law against tresspassing like every bulding is private you can really climb them. in russia people climb communist monuments and upload it into youtube. I dont i think russia parkour people have more freedom. Russia is crazy everyone has camera in their cars LOL
