I have been training in parkour for 2 years but a recent collar bone break had stopped everything. I am now beginning my conditioning and getting back to what i love to do.
If you want to learn Parkour or you are are interested in sharing tips, skills and approaches, this is a good place to start.
Any skill level is welcome.
This is an physical movement and art that exercises your mind as well as your body. Finding the most effective and efficient path that is based on your skill level and safety is the approach.
This group will meet in the downtown core. Some meets will involve walking from one section of downtown to another to explore paths.
Comfortable fitting clothes, shoes with good support is all that is needed.
This group is for people 19 years of age or older.
