MAF (Maximum Aerobic Function) is critical to understand if you want to run faster with less effort... and who doesn't?! This "test" is incredibly easy and only requires a heart rate monitor and consistency. After a 1/2 mile warmup you will run (or walk) 4 miles at a speed determined by your heart. Details will be explained at the start. I will host this free MAF test once per month and am also willing to meetup with others at a different time if you let me know. I will keep track of times and document them and will have an excel spreadsheet with the info, which I will send to you after the test. Hope to see you out there!
