Pathfinder ADVENTURE PATH RUN! ($5)

PATHFINDER ADVENTURE PATH RUN! Pay to Play is ($5 per player)! This is a trial run, if it succeeds we will eventually offer the full Adventure Path series on most Saturdays. It will take breaks for holidays and special occasions. GM for our first 6 Adventure Path Run's will be Milan Badzic! Thank you so much for GM'ing Milan! The first 6 Adventure Path Run Scenarios are the "Rise of the Runelords" starting with "Burnt Offerings"!

Pathfinder Society plays at Dragon's Lair Comics and Fantasy every Monday and Thursday! We're up to 6-7 tables playing and room for more! So come join in the fun!

You can find the list of scenarios for this event here: http://warhorn.net/dragons-lair-pfs/schedule/day.php I update this list each week as soon as we have enough GMs volunteer to run tables. If you don't see a scenario you like, email me and we'll get it on the schedule!

This is a weekly Pathfinder Society Meet-Up happening at Dragon's Lair Comics and Fantasy in Austin, Texas. We play at 7:00 PM every Monday and Thursday! It is open to all players, both new and experienced. We will running 6 tables each session, 7 if there's enough players for overflow.

If the event looks full, RSVP anyway. We always have a few no-shows, so odds are we will be able to find you a spot at the tables.

They are playing the ENTIRE Pathfinder Adventure Run Scenario. Which also covers the PFS (Pathfinder Society) sanctioned areas. So players who play through the PFS Sanctioned areas will still get Pathfinder Society Credit!

It seems there was a misunderstanding on my part. I was going to run the modules so people could get pfs credit. I have no problem running the whole adventure though.

Communication is key. The reason I moved this to Saturday was because I thought it was going to be the whole scenario. (Which you can still get PFS credit for.) The whole idea is to have fun. During Character creation/ set up, the players can decide what they want to do. Please put forth your thoughts on what you want out of the Adventure Path runs. What may end up happening is we start up one that is a campaigners run and another that is the shorter PFS route. It's up to the players and GM what style of play and what this becomes. Or if it fails and we just don't offer the Adventure Path run. Thanks!

Yes, anyone who is interested please show up and we will discuss possibilities. Bring your PFS characters just in case, but we may end up playing the whole thing if we can get enough people to commit.

GM here. It will be pfs rules. It is a tier 3-5 module so bring appropriate characters. You can also play lvl 4 pregens

Hi Sydney. I received an education on how this works last night. Check out the 'how to run modules and adventure paths' section of the PFS Guide. Milan will be working per rules to pull out large chunks of the adventure path and there'll be periodic chronicle sheets handed out. Hence the appropriate starting point is a legal PFS character at level 3-5 (although per rules you can use a character level 2...which I have to do). It must have played those first couple of levels in PFS play.

Sounds like we gain ~3 PFS XP per session (1 level) and PFS play of the adventure path is designed to go for ~6 sessions, taking your character to level 9-11.

We're going to start with the very first Adventure Path "Rise of the Runelords - Burnt Offerings" and hopefully go through all of them. If the first session is character building, then there will be no charge. The reason we are charging is because Dragon's Lair is going to supply the Adventure Paths for you guys. I'll talk to the GM on Thursday and finalize details for Saturday. Thanks!

Yeah, sime details would be nice. Are we expected to show up with PCs, in which case we should start planning a party and getting build rules, or is the first session going to be for set-up, or what?

What path will be played? Level 1 PC with PFS rules?

We'll see how it goes for me with the mod run and work with this as well
