Pathfinder Society Meet Up at Dragon's Lair!

Pathfinder Society plays in Dragon's Lair Comics and Fantasy every Monday and Thursday! We're up to 6-7 tables playing and room for more! So come join in the fun!

You can find the list of scenarios for this event here: http://warhorn.net/dragons-lair-pfs/schedule/day.php I update this list each week as soon as we have enough GMs volunteer to run tables. If you don't see a scenario you like, email me and we'll get it on the schedule!

This is a weekly Pathfinder Society Meet-Up happening at Dragon's Lair Comics and Fantasy in Austin, Texas. We play at 7:00 PM every Monday and Thursday! It is open to all players, both new and experienced. We will running 6 tables each session, 7 if there's enough players for overflow.

If the event looks full, RSVP anyway. We always have a few no-shows, so odds are we will be able to find you a spot at the tables.

    Another topic.
What tablet does the crowd think is most useful for easy of use and PDFs for RPGs?

BTW, I also like using the I-pad for Hero Lab. It does an incredible job of keeping track of your characters, their equipment, and especially your attack/damage adjustments after all your buffs or penalties.

Ipad with hero lab no doubt. I also keep my PDFs on their in case a gm asks for a rules clarification on a skill i had (like last night)

That was a fun game. I enjoyed seeing how Ken handled each of the challenges the players presented him. So, thanks, Ken.
Thanks to Don, Ron, Preston, Adam (for the shake as well) and Brooke (with Oliver in the background). I keep getting to play with new people and eventually will at least be familiar with a good number of regulars. It was good to see others of you as well at different tables. Cheers. :)

I see a couple of folks signed up for Eyes of the Ten on Thursday. That scenario is for level 12 PCs who have retired from regular play, so I don't think the two PCs listed qualify to play it. Might want to jump to a different scenario.

Eric Campbell and Bob Stearns, if you're reading this, change your scenario attendance to "Among the Dead". Like Susan said, the scenario you signed up for is too high for us. "Among the Dead" is just right (and it appears there will be lots of work for my Urban Ranger/Undead Hunter :) )

Alright done. I will probably be at the event early, and I know Rob usually is as well. If he hasn't changed by then I will tell him

I'm an experienced beginner in Pathfinder, and new to Austin, so this sounds like a great place for me to start. Do I need to prep a character ahead of time? Anything I should bring besides paper, pencil & dice?

      Oh, and hello Sarah :)

Thanks for the tips! I realized that because my boyfriend and I share a car, and he has a class Thursday nights, I will only be able to make the Monday sessions. I look forward to meeting the folks that play on Monday nights!

I'm signed up, but I will play either Among the Dead or The Many Fortunes of Grandmaster Torch. I hope one of those make. :)

I'm going to try to play two different characters before reaching level 2, so either Wizard or Druid this time and the other the next time (most likely, unless I just really like the one I play this time). But, that's just me sharing. See you then. ;)

Hello! I tried to get on Warhorn to update the scenarios this afternoon and it looks like Warhorn is down for now. I'll try to get scenarios up on Warhorn as soon as I can! Thank you for your patience and understanding! Looking forward to Thursday! Take care!

Sorry I missed everyone last Thursday, took a nap and woke up at 11pm... ah well.
Starting a new job tomorrow, don't know how late I work yet, (I'm a commercial electrician) but I think I should be on time to game or close to it.

    Cheers,
    Brandon Miller

It's nice to get through one adventure and afford more items. I'm making a character with only core rules so I can see what adventures will get him. So, Wizard! But there are a lot of choices involved. Good thing we have an entire week. ;)

Eventually you'll probably want to get more resources. I would strongly recommend the pdf versions of the books; much cheaper and way more portable.

      Yes, eventually. :)
