Jon,
I went to the NPR police dept.. they don't have anything to do with CHL's. The sherrilf doesn't either. I got a number for the Agriculture Dept from them , but can't get thru. Where do police depts issue licenses? I'm thinking the easiest why for me to renew is to renew my TX license.

Hello Jon, I hate to inform you, but Winter is not a Shepard she is a Wolf Dog (Husky/Wolf mix). I do not know of any white Shepard breeders or any for sale, but there are quite a few people I pump into that say they have white Shepards. So they have to be around here some where. Good Luck, I hope you find the dog(s) you are looking for.
