    Sat Nam Bula, thats a very good question. To make yourself comfy I would suggest you bring a pillow and mat and blanket. Lying down on your back is the preferred method/posture when receiving a Going bath.

    Hi Bula, sorry you can't make it today, but meetups will mostly be Thursdays and Fridays with the occasional Monday for people who are working those days, and mostly on the distict line between Richmond and west end, with some variations. Lots of river cafes and pubs in the summer. I think people will be busy with Xmas after this one, but look out for us in the New Year. Best wishes, Becky,
