Dream Café hosts a number of events mainly in London area, where people can learn about and explore together nighttime dreams and other interesting phenomena we encounter daily. Our mission is to create a community of people who support each other find creative ways to navigate life with greater fluidity and 'wakefulness.' We believe that when we uncover deeper meanings and wisdom hidden in dreams and other 'dream-like' experiences, we can start to see our lives as exciting and magical journeys.

Participants, if they wish, can bring their dreams or other interesting experiences to the meetups and explore them with the group. Each meeting will be facilitated by an experienced psychotherapist and group facilitator, who can share some ideas or assist with dream interpretation and integration if necessary.

Dream Cafe also hosts occasional mini-workshops and weekend workshops on cutting edge dream work methods that weave together Jungian psychology, Process-oriented psychology (also known as Process Work), sociology, various schools of bodywork, latest findings in science, and ancient and more recent spiritual traditions around the world.

The meetups will be held in relaxed and friendly atmosphere. No prior experience with dream work is necessary. All dream explorers are welcome!
