Before finding ADF in 2000, I had been an unaffiliated seeking pagan since 1989 when I first left home - probably long before that even. I have always been a polytheist, believing many other gods existed beyond the one claimed by Christians.
I know that we know very little about the ancient druids beyond the fact that they existed. I know that the Irish word associated with the English word druid means wizard and I know that they were assumed to be of the intelligentsia class.
I know there are 2 major modern world-wide druid organizations and numerous smaller druid groups and orgs. I know the modern druid movement is about 100 years old and the styles of druidry vary significantly from group to group.
I'm a hard polytheist and I believe the ADF style of druidry most fits my spirituality. I love and worship the gods, our ancestors and the spirits of nature that surround us. I hold the Earth as Mother dear.
Feel free to email me or call the grove phone number with any inquiries about the grove, meetups, directions to events, etc.
Hi. I'm currently treasurer and co-founder of Larrea Tridentata Grove, ADF, a local neopagan congregation of Ar nDraiocht Fein: A Druid Fellowship (ADF). I'm also the grove Storyteller and occasional Presiding Druid for rituals.
