Learn a practical method for polyrhythmic group drumming

The ecstatic experience of expression through drumming and vocalization is magnified when we learn how to harmonize with others.  We'll explore a practical methodology for learning the archetypes of rhythm and how they can be used in combination with other players-of-music to help strengthen and heal not only our own energy, but those that are in vicinity of its influence.

Bring a drum if you have one; bring two if you have one to share.  Bells are also highly recommended because they're much easier to use than a drum.

The time-tested polyrhythmic aesthetic and approach to music is cross-cultural, and along with your devotion and correct practice attracts wellness and augments any practice of stillness.   This session will not be a 'thunder-drum jam,' but more a guided lesson.

I encourage you to bring a recorder to help learn.
