This happens when RSVP members doesn't show up for the events conducted in past. This venue allows limited number of players only. This is the main reason to restrict number of players to 12.

I understand the principle, and find it good that we have ground rules, and I have not fail to attend any event, I have only RSVP to two events and have been moved to the waitlist on both occasions, the first time I was told it was to open room for regular players this time I'm not sure of the reason, finding out the day before after having moved plans to be able to attend. I don't mean this to be a moan and pointless complaint, so my feedback to the group is that this can be quite frustrating and it would help to be clear about the steps to selection, maybe the event host has to accept the RSVPs. I have made other plans for today now but it would be nice to have a bit more clarity for the next event. It's good for these topics come up and the group can improve. Thanks for hosting events and lets keep working :)

Hi Dipak, I agree with Jose . Same exactly happened with me . If increasing the number of new players is not an objective of this group then I suggest to manually accepting the RSVP . We changed our plans based on the RSVP and at the last moment we found ourselves in waiting list !. This is really frustrating. Hope you take our point into consideration ....

Hey Arvin how come you downgraded me to the waitlist? This is the second time in a row that this happens, it seems really unfair if I confirmed weeks ago to get waitlisted the day before and two times in a row.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
