First class will be an introduction to Pilates, to teach you how to breath and how you use your Abs muscles to strenghthen your Abdomen and spine... and to teach you the 5 principles of Pilates... Enjoy the shape of a new body.
Pilates is a mind-body exercise builds on the essence and principles of the Joseph H. Pilates, the founder of Pilates exercises. Pilates as a great way to “shape up” , it builds body’s strength, flexibility, endurance and helps you feel more energetic, relaxed, and ready to take on the challenges of the day.
You will learn to breathe deeply, relieve tension and enhance self confidence. The benefits you will achieve through this wonderful system of exercise are numerous: a strong, sleek, supple body that breathes deeply and fully, a healthy heart and promotes oxygen –rich blood to flow, and body-mind coordination that uplifts the spirit. Joseph Pilates believed that we have to clean our lungs with every breath, completely emptying them of “stale” air before refilling them. This helps to purify the blood through deep breathing that “oxygenates’ your system.
That is why I decided to conduct an outdoor Pilates exercise in order to receive the benefit of a fresh air that clean and purified blood carried to the organs of the body.
You are welcome to join this healthy group, there will be special sessions for ladies, and some for mixed group. All outdoor classes will be conducted in public parks. As it is a new group, the first 3 classes for each member will be free of charge, then each class fee will be AED 30 only (does not include the park entry fee). You will need to bring your Mat (Yoga or Pilates Mat), a towel, water, and to wear confort cloth.
