Submitted film/animated videos must be original works between 1 and 5 minutes in length, researched and recorded by the entrant himself/herself and must not have been previously broadcast. The film or animation can be recorded on any camera, but the quality must be broad-castable.

Entries should be based around one of the three official themes.

These are:
Theme 1: Prescription Drugs – problem or solution?
Theme 2: Alcohol – is cost the only price?
Theme 3: Drug Rehabilitation – recovery is possible?

Entrants must be resident in the Republic of Ireland or in Northern Ireland.

The deadline for receipt of entries by e-mail is 5pm on Wednesday, March 16th 2011. No entries can be accepted after this date and entries cannot be returned.
