FATLOSS BOXERCISE 10am €5 pay as you go

Want to get fit but dreading the crowded sweaty gyms of January? Then this is for you, the full benefits of group motivation for only €5 per class. Fresh air, craic and a war on calories guaranteed!

Did you let yourself go at Christmas, or were you an angel and resisted all temptations (I don't believe you), either way it's time to start thinking about your fitness again.

Our meet-up is based on good fun and hard work, it's suitable for beginners to advanced males and females, the people are friendly and the exercises are designed to maximise toning, fat loss, confidence levels, and have a great laugh along with others just like you.

Don't worry you won't be punching people, only pads, your safety is paramount, the routines generally are a mixture of bootcamp and boxercise exercises, and all instructors are fully certified personal trainers.

The price is only €5 pay as you go, so there are no sneaky contracts.

We meet at the crossroads beside the fort in Phoenix Park, if driving from main entrance in the city centre, take a left at the 1st roundabout and you will come to a cross roads, the bench on the right is where we meet. At 10am we move to the top of the hill to get started, if you haven't attended before please be there early to sign our disclaimer.

As a matter of respect, anyone who regularly RSVP's as going and never shows up will be removed from the group, as it's not fair on those who are organising the class. If you aren't sure if you can attend then RSVP on the morning of the class instead.

Just a few minutes in this class will be sure to raise your temperature so don't let the weather be a deterrent. If the weather is very bad then check the comments on this page one hour before the scheduled time, as that is where we will announce any cancellation, light rain is still an acceptable condition.

    ok folks, we are still feeling hopeful the rain will clear off by 10am, so me and Christy will be there, we will amend the exercises to be more on your feet, so no getting down on the grass, and we will move under the trees anyway. If you decide not to chance it that's understandable, just one of those days, but WE WILL BE THERE, HOPE YOU WILL BE TOO :)
