Hi Elaine, I RSVP'd fairly late in the day so no worries. I've missed a few weeks due to exams too (but all worth it in the end - 97% in the Microsoft MTA - WOOHOO!). The back's fine, I think, it just needed a rest. I didn't go for a jog in the end. The place was full of people so I decided to save myself for today. Speaking of which... :)
