Saturday Afternoon of Caribbean Gwoka Dance Workshop 23rd March

Hi Cosmopolitans,

As part of the Francophonie, Yé KRIK is delighted to present two days of French Caribbean events in partnership with Alliance Française Dublinand the Cultural Service of the French Embassy.

Workshops. Enjoy Kréyol traditional stories narrated by members of the Ziloka Band, followed by a dance workshop where you can learn some new moves from Salsa to traditional dance from Martinique and Guadeloupe.

Open to everybody young at heart.

Storytelling 11.30am–12noon then 12.15pm–12.45pm

Traditional Gwoka Dance 1.00pm–1.30pm

Saturday 23 March, Alliance Française, 1 Kildare Street D2

Admission: FREE

We can meet for coffee during or after the workshop TBA.
