The Dukan Diet is a very successful diet plan that is helping people all over the world to lose weight. One of the important parts of the Dukan Diet prescription is walking every day. I thought it would be fun to share my daily walk at least one day a week with other Dukan Dieters. I have lost 42 lbs on this diet since May 2011. Currently my faithful walking companion is Molly, my dog. But, I would very much enjoy having others who are following the Dukan Diet to walk with and discuss things related to the pleasures and challenges of dieting and keeping the weight off permanently. I want anyone who is following the Dukan Diet, no matter what Phase they are in, to feel free to join this group. I am hoping that we can meet in different places around the Atlanta area and on different days of the week and times depending on the make up of the group. I would like to begin with meeting at Piedmont Park for a few weeks and then see who joins and where and when everyone wants to walk together.
