I finally was able to get down to Pandemonium in Garden City to check it out. While down there I spent some time looking over all the Reaper pewter miniatures, and found a great one for Broll (half orc barbarian). So now I have a new miniature. That means I need primer, and new paint because all my old paints are dried or garbage (it's been a long time since I painted my Warhammer 40k army). So it was an expensive, but fun trip, and I have some results:

Hey Brad,
You used to do 40K eh? Me too. My brother was the Space Marines, and I was the Imperial Guard. I also had a Squat army years ago, before they were discontinued (what a drag!). In our group, we are about to have a huge battle involving about 400,000 combatants. We'll be using the remnants of my Imperial gaurd army and whatever miniatures Jason Dandy has available. I have also been furiously building a bunch of Orcs that my brother sent me. I was wondering if you might be able to spare a few miniatures to help us fill out the ranks for the grand battle? We would appreciate it very much if you could help. The battle is this Friday.

Awesome figure and nice paint job!

I used to paint my D&D figures, when I played years ago, so I know how time consuming it can be.

I had a HUGE Chaos Nurgle army I sold on ebay, a large Tyranid army, a dark eldar army, and a small orc army. All gone.

But who I do have sealed away upstairs are what's left of my unpainted (mostly) space marines, and Andrea's mostly painted Eldar army. You can borrow them for your battle. I'd ask to join you, but we have a wedding this weekend. I have the day off Thursday if you want to stop by or try to find a place to meet up. Friday is the wedding and I have school tonight through Wednesday.

Give me a minute and I'll post some pics.

And I found a tote full of terrain! You are welcome to use it this weekend.

And if you or anyone you know is actually looking to buy any miniatures, now that I found them I'm thinking of selling them to buy more D&D miniatures and Icon Dragons. biggrin
