Share your experience: Call for participants for new film on Dyslexia

There is a call for volunteers to be filmed as people identified with dyslexia and other forms of neurodiversity and Tessa the film maker will be showing her clips that she has recorded already which includes;

• Sharing experiences and ideas in relation to their strengths, difficulties, strategies,

• Things that create barriers and restrict access,

• Things that facilitate access,

• Different ways of doing things and thinking, and valuing,

• Using and showcasing neuro-diverse strengths and skills.

Tessa still needs interviewees as this will be used to raise awareness, challenge and change attitudes and build guidance on good practice.

About Tessa:  Tessa Polniasek  is a media producer and personal development coach.  Starting a new social enterprise and professional network concerned with neurodiversity. Tessa has a  career spanning agricultural research, BBC television & radio and freelance video production, behavioural change campaigns, event management and personal development coaching and training.

    Hi Tessa, i'd love to be part of this project, I am re-surrendering to my dyslexia and I think it's a positive step towards it. Have a lovely weekend and see you on Monday

    Hi, i would also love to volunteer, but I won't be able to make this event. If you still need people later in the year please let me know.

    Hi Tessa, I would be very interested in getting involved. Unfortunately the SE10 location is just too far away from my N3 work location to get to. I run a charity that provides therapeutic and art based interventions to support the emotional wellbeing of people with neuro diversity. Do let me know if you would like to meet and discuss this further.

    Kind regards,
    Pennie Aston
