Hi everyone, I'm Hal Miller. I've been a personal trainer for the last 8 years (you can also view my website at www.evillageoutdoorfitness.com) and I've always wanted to get a group of individuals in my neighborhood together who enjoy exercise. I myself experience a lot of joy and serenity in keeping fit and would like to multiply that energy by sharing with and meeting others. In addition to myself I've contracted personal trainer Jared Rappoport, a nationally certified strength training expert with the skill and creativity to keep things fun and interesting. Both of us will share the duties of teaching throughout the spring/summer '09' season. We are creating a program that will combine resistance training, yoga, pilates and calisthenics. There's a great spot for a group in the N. east corner of the park.
*Everyone should be aware that this 50 minutes will be intense. If you're just beginning an exercise routine I'd recommend private personal training to insure safety and proper technique.
