I would like to propose a general rule of common email courtesy...can we keep the extra job-reply-commentary on any given RoR job posting to a minimum---meaning that no matter how far-fetched the yearly requirement or need for 'rockstar' status or any description of the ilk may be...there doesn't need to be ad nauseam commentary from members, about how terrible the recruiter misjudged the minimums.  All this additional back-and-forth on outrageousness is just adding additional spam to the inbox.

Frankly, if you personally think the job minimums are misjudged, then can you please just ask the poster to either revise it, or PM them to express your disatisfaction. We don't want to discourage job leads in our leads and turn them into just opportunities for members to complain.

The previous guy did a bad job? Wasn't the previous guy also a carefully screened Ninja Rockstar?
