I don't know about SF, but I got an offer to work for a major nationwide retailer for a job in downtown Chicago for $165k 6 months ago. I have a similar background to yours. Your range probably is between $160 - 200 k. Negotiate based on vacation, opportunity to go to conferences, training, working from home etc. The problem with info-graphic and salary surveys is for a "normal" developer, so I take those information with a grain of salt. If you are extra ordinary, you deserve above the market salary.
