Recommendations on Webpage designers to use with Rails?

Tagging onto the Dreamweaver thread, I hear a lot of people saying they code by hand. Are there any website tools that people might recommend in concert with Rails? I tend to use HTML-Kit as a fall-back position, but I'm not doing any Rails yet.
