I started out using RadRails and then transferred over to using Aptana 
Studio when they picked up RadRails. It's an eclipse plugin-type app 
(although you can download a complete stand-alone version which is what I 
do)... mostly works fine, although they are developing it like crazy and 
there are some missing pieces for me as the vi support is a 3rd-party plugin 
and Aptana hasn't fully implemented that plugin for all file types <argh>. 
I paid the $99/year for the pro version and so get quicker response on my 
bug reports, which I like.
