Presenters Ellen Selover and Denise Furgason have created a self-care program that combines wisdom from the Edgar Cayce readings with hands-on techniques from Donna Eden's Energy Medicine.  These simple techniques enhance the flow of vital life force that brings harmony to Body, Mind, and Spirit.  Learn to enhance meditation by balancing specific energy points, refresh and attune your chakras, strengthen your auric field, amplify your connection to the Divine within.

If you've been around the A.R.E. for a while, you may know of them, as they've done many remarkable programs there and across the country. Ellen and Denise are both former A.R.E. staff members of more than 20 years and lifelong students of the Cayce readings. Each has trained in various healing modalities through the Cayce-Reilly Massage School. They are certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioners, authorized Energy Medicine for Women instructors, and Eden Teaching Assistants. Through their workshops and private sessions, they assist others in personal healing and transformation.
