Welcome to Edmonton's original motorcycle meet-up group, Edmonton Motorcycle Riders Group (EMRG)
Since 2009, motorcyclists of all levels of experience have enjoyed a fun, friendly, respectful and safe riding environment with our group. Mostly taking place on weekends, rides can range from a few hours, to all day long, to a weekend. Those interested in joining should have a sense of adventure!
Riders have said they enjoy the relaxing mature atmosphere of a EMRG ride.
You won't find the weekly/local bike-nights posted on EMRG. However, this meet-up group may have the odd Demo Ride and/or the more popular Charity Rides posted as announcements, because some of us really enjoy participating in them.
The types of bikes that our rides are tailored to, are of the larger cruiser and touring bikes. This is because sometimes the gaps between gas stations may be (but not always) 150-200 kilometers or more. Being able to do the long rides is paramount and crucial to enjoying the ride.
In order to join, you must be 18 or over, possess a class 6 license, and post a recognizable photograph of you and/or your bike in your membership profile.
When RSVPing for a meet-up, you agree to be legally responsible for yourself and your own safety. The leadership team, ride organizers and ride leaders do not assume any legal responsibility.
Looking forward to riding with you soon!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
