The Disney Effect: Creating Magical Customer Satisfaction

What makes Disney World so successful?

They brand themselves as The Magic Kingdom. That is pretty hard to live up to, yet they do it. They have one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the world and customer loyalty is so unbelievable that people are willing to pay more than almost any other theme park and they keep going back for more.

What if your company could be Magical? What if we could all create customer loyalty that would have them coming back over and over and referring all their friends and not caring about the price? Is this possible?

It is more than possible. It is strategic. It is about having a vision, focusing on how to achieve that vision and implementing the actions needed to make it happen.

In this session we will share some of the keys to Disney's success and how we can use those same principles in our businesses.

    Latest Disney news: they're raising their prices again (2nd time in less than a year). Great article to read before the meetup: With recent movie success & new attractions, they're expecting higher demand, but even in the last few months when attendance was down, they still had increased revenues from bigger visitor spending.
