Hi Christine! Thanks for joining. We have a get together every Monday at 7pm. I hope you can make it tonight. The topic is Humility. We meditate each night also, but it is mostly a guided meditation aimed at beginners. We have silent meditations on Tuesday 7pm, Saturday 7am. Those begin with guided Energization Exercises (recommeded by Paramhansa Yogananda as preparation for meditation), then a little chanting, followed by silent meditation. Peace and Joy!
