You're invited for this once-a-month event to learn and practice EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, the cutting edge Energy Psychology method, which is helping millions to transform their lives by eliminating negative emotions, traumas, stress, anxiety, changing their core believes, healing physical pain, and much more. EFT works very well as a self-help technique, often reducing the need for pain medication, while improving quality of life.
Experienced tappers are welcome to share their knowledge and skills. You may also come later, at 10 a.m. as the first 1/2 hour will be devoted to learning the basics of EFT, and answering questions.
Starting at 10 a.m. we will tap a few rounds together on general issues, and follow with individual "mini-sessions" within the circle, when everyone taps along as Marika works with the circle participants one by one. Here, everyone is taking advantage of "borrowing benefits" - a very interesting phenomenon when a person receives a substantial health benefit only from tapping along with someone else, while being tuned into the other person's issue. Bring your water (keep hydrated).
This event is for a symbolic $1 donation. - RSVP is required to hold your spot.
IMPORTANT: Minimum of 5 signed up tappers (including me) are required for this Meetup to happen. So please check your email by 5 PM the day before (Saturday) to make sure that this meetup is still happening. I would send an email cancellation notice if we don't meet the minimum number of participants. No shows are marked as such after the event. Please be considerate to others, and keep your RSVP current.
I am very much looking forward to tapping with you!
In order to get the best from our tapping, as well as to avoid unnecessary hardships, I've implemented the following rules (which I cover at the beginning of our meetup):
Ground Rules for the tapping circle:
- Avoid very intense issues. Please address very intense emotional issues during an individual EFT session. A tapping circle doesn't allow enough time and depth, and is not an appropriate place for it.
- Just keep tapping. If strong emotions surface during our circle time just keep tapping silently. There is no need to say anything. It's OK.
- No advice. While I do encourage participants to be active and share their experience of the current tapping, as well as ask questions, I also ask to please refrain from giving any health advice to members of the group, unless they specifically ask for it. Feel free to contact each other after the tapping circle and discuss the issues privately.
- Time Keeper. During my "mini-sessions" with the circle participants I very much appreciate if there is a person or more who can take turns timing me. That way I can focus fully on the participant's issue.
What past EFT Circle participants said:
Thank you for doing this. You are a truly gifted healer and I feel fortunate to get to work with you, before you become too famous! This has been a huge part of my new path and releasing the old pain and anger.
You really are awesome and a good channeler... and having fun with it helps so much...The Shift I experienced was having all the pain leave my middle back..... so I will keep tapping to make sure the change is permanent...

I loved the taping session. I certainly felt a lot more calm when I left than when I arrived. You are doing a wonderful job leading others to their own healing. You are very relaxed and joyful, intuitive and connected to spirit. Thank you.
