If you are interested in healing yourself in any area of your life, be it for health, finances, relationships, professional life or others, this is the group for you. We will meet once a fortnight to do EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) on ourselves, facilitated by EFT therapist Lena Chen. EFT is a simple but powerful self-help tool that aims to clear the energetic blocks that cause the physical or emotional issue. Everyone can learn to do it for themselves, and continue using it after the sessions. Improvements can often be felt in a very short time, sometimes within 10 minutes! Keep your mind and heart open, and allow yourself to be healed with you as your own healer!
