We all feel anxious sometimes about something.  When we are filled with anxiety, the amygdyla in the brain send out cortisol - the stress hormone - and we cannot think straight or make good decisions.  EFT has been scientifically proven to lower cortisol. When the cortisol is lower, you can see the same situation in a new light and often find a new response to a previously hard situation.

With less anxiety and more peace, our health will improve, our decision making will improve and that will ripple out into our life to improve our daily life.

EFT stand for Emotional Freedom Technique, and it is basically tapping on meridian points while thinking of something that bothers you, or that you feel stuck in.  It is sometimes called emotional acupuncture without needles.  It’s useful on all kinds of emotional issues, feeling angry, sad or overwhelmed.  It can also get you past subconscious limiting beliefs that can hold you back from abundance, free you from cravings for certain foods or help with physical pain!  It works because the body, mind and emotions are all connected, and it all shows up in the energy system.  It’s amazingly easy, fast and powerful.

Bring water to drink, and a notebook. No experience necessary, you don't have to know EFT already.

    I'm new to tapping and found Robin to be very informative and a wonderful teacher. I've been struggling with anxiety for the past 2 years and read lots of the books and do the breathing techniques, etc - not interested in meds, but felt like I needed something more. Occasionally I wake up with a jittery feeling, and when it recently happened, I tried one of the techniques Robin taught me, and amazingly I felt better. Robins class was a great experience for me.
