This group is modeled after successful EFT Borrowing Benefits groups around the world. No prior knowledge of EFT is needed just a desire to work through your issues, and challenges. The focus is on Women's Issues which is really everything under the sun. You can bring your health problems, relationship conflicts, abundance turmoils- you name it and we will assist you in finding the core obstacles that have stopped you from healing.

Alina has run two successful women's groups on Whidbey from her home office in Langley and now wants to offer her expertise to the women of Seattle. The main difference between traditional group therapy and these groups is that it is vastly more effective and faster with an added bonus of not having to reveal anything about your issues to the group. Alina employs gentle, proven, powerful techniques. The hindrances in traditional group therapy are that 1. you need to go through the lengthy process of trust building before the real work can begin and 2. you can't work on your issues at home by yourself. EFT Borrowing Benefit groups handle these hindrances easily. You will learn the tools you need to collapse problems on your own after your very first session.
