Let's tap into the power of group support and shared knowledge to practice an evolved version of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT is a growing branch of energy therapy that is popularly becoming known as "emotional accupuncture" or "accupuncture without the needles." It has recently received a lot of media attention due to such televised events as Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" television series and, more recently, Whoopi Goldberg's use of a similar tapping protocol to help release her fear of flying on "The View."
Each two-hour Meetup will be filled with group tapping on both individual and group issues. You will learn how to do various forms of EFT derived from all the leading EFT practitioners. We will also blend EFT with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you reprogram your subconscious mind so that you no longer have to struggle or rely on will power.
The goal for this Meetup is to create a special time and place in your life once a month that will profoundly transform the way you think about food, exercise, your body and--most importantly--yourself.
