CHANGE OF VENUE!
The location is SAP Building 2 (3412 Hillview Avenue), not 3410 where we've had most of the past meetings before 2011. Please note this change in location!!!
Book Swap: Don't forget to bring a book on technology, leadership, or project management to donate to the book swap. We are running low on inventory and need more donations to keep it going.
Note the expanded peer-to-peer roundtable has been given more time, so if you want to participate, come earlier!!

Details of talk:
I see engineering leadership and management as intertwined. Typically, management is about getting projects done, but through people, and very highly intelligent and skilled people at that. This talk will discuss some of my personal experiences and perspectives on leadership and management, especially in the context of engineering projects. My experience has been rooted in startups and turnarounds, in the context of urgency, lack of sufficient resources and insufficient time.
