Safety Code of Conduct.



By being a member of this group you hereby agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from any and all group functions. You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold any of the group's leaders, officers, or representatives liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your own person or any members of your family, friends, acquaintances, children, pets, or property, arising directly or as a consequence from a group activity. You also agree that your membership of this group is based on an "at will" basis.

Helmets will be worn on all bike riding activities (no exceptions).

Children and pets are only allowed when the organizer approves or states that in a Meetup write up. All guests (no exceptions) are your responsibility and are subject to the agreement of this Safety Code of Conduct.

You understand that the activities are not "guided" in the sense that a "leader" might be responsible for the safety and welfare of the participants.

As a member you ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME the risks of the activity in which you or a guest(s) of yours will be participating, whether or not those risks are described in the Meetup writep and whether they are inherent or otherwise.

Travel may be part of an activity. You assume all responsibility for any accident whether you are driving or whether you are traveling with another member.

Horseplay and dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may be cause for your removal from the group.

You are responsible for your own safety and making sure you are appropriately equipped and have the physical ability to participate in our events.
