Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where are you from, are you new in town... ?

I am from India & been in Dubai since last 10 years. I have been interested in photograhy for a long time & got introduced to DSLR through my BIL who gifted me his NIKON D50 when he bought a new NIKON D200. I have recently bought a D7000 to get more serious into this hobby.

What specific areas of photography are you most interested in?

I enjoy doing the portraits & love clicking people. I am also interested in clicking landscapes & trying best to capture any place or event that i chance to attend.

What would you most like to learn about or improve in your photography?

Learn to take pictures without shakes during any time of the day & adjust the settings of the camera with ease as per the available lighting & make the most out of the situation I am in.

What photography skills can you share with other members?

I can help coordinate activites for all fellow members & be a good team player.

Does your profile photo clearly show your face (and nobody else’s) and list your real name (first name at least)? If you have an objection to uploading a photo, please explain it to an organizer at an EPyC event before submitting your application.

Yes to the picture & yes also to deleting if found inactive.

Hi, I am Pramod from Dubai trying to take some nice pictures of my family & cover the outings that we do once in a while. I really want to learn how to manage the settings better to take my pictures in only manual mode & not always use auto mode.
