When Firefox Faceplants; what the fox says and who is listening

Lars Lohn of Mozilla (who happens to live in the general vicinity) explains what happens to crash information after the user hits the "submit" button by tracing a crash as it moves through the system. As the author of Socorro, the server side of the Firefox Crash Reporting System, I'm pretty sure he knows what he's talking about.

Thank you all for hosting my presentation and your kind reception. I enjoyed my time in Eugene and look forward to addressing the group again someday. Remember, submit those crash reports!

Great job putting the space back together. It's like you were never here. I appreciate it.

Really solid breakdown of the crash reporting system with some interesting insights. Looking forward to hearing how it's modularity and flexibility is used with a pellet stove!

I'll be around to open up. Can an organizer come early? I have an overlapping event.

That's great. Thanks. Tuesdays I need to be at the ELM studio by 6. So 5-5:30 is perfect.
