Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. You are here so I assume you are in the same boat as I. Let's get together to make the rowing easier and more mirthful.

About me:
I am the single mom of a six-year-old boy who has Asperger's and attends our local public school with a full-time shadow. While he is doing well academically, he struggles socially, and it has been difficult getting him playdates.

I am hoping to start this group for local parents of kids on the autistic spectrum to get together and offer each other support and advice and to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for playdates to take place.

I wanted to provide a more local alternative to the ASD meetup in Van Nuys.

      “My son is on the spectrum. he is 6 in public school w/accommodations and an aide. He is smart, funny, articulate and loves legos. Ben has difficulty in social situations and almost always plays alone. I hope to meet other familes like ours.”
