Vegan Potluck South Food Healed Me So I Passed It On

Food Healed Me So I Passed It On

Years of prescriptive medications weren’t curing High Blood Pressure while Marsha was on the Standard American Diet (SAD.) After raw-vegan food solved her health problems, she applied her skills as a professional organizer to create a successful potluck formula, which she is happy to share with you. Marsha gives “how-to” lifestyle tips and her "Sims' Potluck Formula," which brought over 600 people into her South Florida Raw community over 2.5 years

We are committed to the environment. Please bring a plate and flat wear. Most people bring them from their own kitchen. Paper and plastic plates contribute to a lot of waist.

Jill, many doctors, nutritionists and food coaches use raw, vegan food to stabilize or reverse diabetes, claiming that many diabetics can get off insulin, etc. Dr. Gabriel Cousens has a video on this and Dr. Joel Fuhrman and Dr. Neal Barnard both prescribe the dietary intervention widely across the nation. Some research on your part may simplify your next moves. Searching "Vegan Diabetes" produces 5million hits for your studies.
