Great Brain Hackers of the past includes the likes of Sir Isaac Newton. Who through the use of sleep modification and meditation gave himself more brain capacity. Its true that meditation is an art, but it is an art with a science. Classic music was an old attempt to modify the human mind with sound and frequencies and that now this method is perfected with a science called Binaural beats.
