Body Centered Awareness, w/ Sara Haykel

Through Body Centered Awareness, one can learn to welcome what is present, and develop an innate ability to clear old patterns and create space for new ways of being and experiencing life. Also it can assist you in creating harmony in your relationships, as well as empower you to choose what is right for you.

Through gentle movement, guided meditation, group coaching, partner work and journaling, we will explore how noticing energy in and around the body can support you in letting go of habits that are no longer useful, letting go of energy and behaviors that are not yours and becoming grounded in your true self.
