I am a world traveler - over 70 countries so far. Enjoy talking travel with like-minded people, and am happy that this group meets in the East Bay since that's where I live.

What do you hope to get from the East Bay 50+ travelers meetup group?

Hope to meet other travelers to share stories about where we've been and where we hope to go.

What places do you want to visit?

Next trips are Ethiopia and Nicaragua. Have lots of "wanna go" places on my list.. Iran, Bhutan, Egypt, South Africa, etc.

    Thanks for coming to BAWTC's East Bay meeting @ Caffe Trieste. Looking forward seeing you again to continue to hear your stories about your travels. I will be posting adventure and local tours in California and other parts of the world soon. Sounds like you have a good group of people you travel with. Wish I could have spoken to others longer but time went fast. What wonderful tales of travel you shared with us. Thanks for your input.

    Hi Susan! I'll try to get them to schedule another meeting between 3/15 and 4/14. I'd also be happy to meet with you for coffee someday to share travel notes. I've been to some pretty amazing places as well... Timbuktu, swimming with humpbacks in Tonga, pink dolphins in the Amazon, great whites in South Africa, Thaipusam at Batu Caves, etc.
