Hi! I've had the privilege of taking 2 of Dara's classes -- really fun. Looking to #3 (raw chocolate) tomorrow!

What Christopher is saying about this Meetup Group

Dara, our fearless kitchen leader, is great. She has been cooking and teaching cooking for decades, and if anything has gotten more excited about it. Super high energy. The kitchen there is really nice -- warm and welcoming. Classes are limited to about 6 people. I've been to 3 or 4 of her classes. In addition to the topics, I've learned a lot about healthy nutrition in general. She teaches that as a free, integral part of whatever topic she's covering that evening. She covers each of the ingredients individually (even things like Reishi, Chaga, Shilajit, Mucuna Pruriens, and Lucuma), and how these are best harvested, found online, and prepared. My recipe notebooks are always choc-full of hand-written notes. I would recommend trying at least one of Dara's classes for the experience alone.
