East Bay EFT healing circle

  • This location is shown only to members

  • - Do you feel stuck in patterns you can't seem able to change?

    - Would you like to welcome more abundance into your life?

    - Is there an issue you would like support with?

Come tap into your full potential with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

In this fun, safe, and interactive setting, you can work on any issue you would like.  No previous experience necessary.  Minimum 3 participants.

    Cost:

$15-20 (If 4+ people have signed up, 1 person can participate for free if you come early/stay late to help set up).

Snacks provided. Please RSVP so I have an idea of numbers.

Feel free to invite friends.  No previous EFT experience is necessary.

PLEASE UNRSVP IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT BY TUES MORNING. I plan the circle (setup, snacks, whether or not to hold it) based on numbers who sign up.  No shows remains a big issue.

    Time:

6:45 to 9:15-9:30pm.  Ending time can vary a little depending on numbers.

    Meeting agenda

    -Mindful movement

-Intro to EFT and acupressure points

    -Short meditation

-Guided questions regarding the issue you are working on

    Directions:

Note: the building has 7 steps and is not wheelchair accessible.  It is located at 3099 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley (there is the same address in Oakland which is 35 blocks further South), but the entrance is two doors down on Prince.  On the corner of Prince and Telegraph you will see 3099, with a for rent sign.  Keep going towards the hills on Prince (you will see a red door and a sign for East Bay Osteopathic Medical Center).

Knock or buzz to get in.

Bill

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
