Seven Sacred Falls Hike on Mt. Tamalpais

One of the many beautiful cascades:

This is a beautiful hike on Mt. Tamalpais with over 7 cascading waterfalls in 2 miles! It is a steep trail, but we will take our sweet time stopping at each waterfall for a short guided meditation corresponding to the chakras. We will also supply a lunch of delicious vegetarian nori rolls!

This hike will entice the senses with blooming spring flowers and waterfall mist. Be prepared to find a profound connection with nature and all her bounty.
Alok will share his knowledge of redwood ecology and native uses of plants. Anjuli will facilitate guided meditations as we ascend externally and internally.

At the top we will do a short guided group yoga session.
Bring your own water, snacks, layers and an openness to travel through inner space ;)

The $30 includes delicious lunch, guided hike, chakra meditations, and yoga as well as teachable moments about the local ecology.  If funds are an issue, please contact us!

The hike is less than 5 miles round trip.

Sounds fantastic, but I'll be working in an office...how completely opposite of what you all will be enjoying. Alok and Anjuli I love what you are doing! Keep it up, I will see you on a weekend adventure again.

"The Cataract Falls hike with Anjuli and Alok is an experience that embraces all the joys of your mind, body and spirit. You learn fascinating facts about the beautiful forest around you, including the edible plants, along side a journey of your chakras, great ways to
stretch your body and breath deeply. It is a full enriching experience that takes going for a hike to a whole new level."

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
