I want to unite with others who like to live the way they do in Longevity Hot Spots. In these locations, Movement and Relaxation are 2 of the 5 key Principles which characterize the BluePrint for Life... and Yoga and Hiking are synergistically related. The more we do of these while connecting, the happier we are individually and as part of a community.
I'm a longevity consultant, with a longevity community, a really fun program, and a cutting-edge, holistic product (all organic, and all fermented, whole food product). I love hiking in the East Bay, and I do it often.
