East Bay Hills Restoration Volunteers

We're a group of people from throughout the East Bay and beyond who get together pretty much every week to remove invasive weeds and replant native species in Redwood Regional Park, Sibley Regional Park, Huckleberry Botanic Regional Preserve, and adjoining open space and wild lands throughout the Greater East Bay Hills Ecosystem. We get to see beautiful native plants and wildlife return to places from which they had been absent, get lots of fresh air and exercise in the process, and have great fun besides!!

"the trilliums are emerging in their secret places.. tiny baby swordferns are coming up through the moss in some corners of the park. the job this month- we need lots of help pulling invasive thistles, non-native grass (erharta) and forget me nots -..."
