The Science of Breathing

UPDATE:  We will provide delicious, light vegetarian food/ snacks for all attendees - yum!

In this Meetup, Dr. Jain will go over the basics of Pranayama, an ancient practice consisting of various breathing techniques that have multiple, proven health benefits.  It can reduce stress and anxiety; promote restful sleep; ease pain; increase attention and focus; and, on a more subtle level, help people connect to a calm, quiet place within so that they experience greater clarity and well-being on every level.
